Some of my favorites from New York Fashion Week so far. It’s nice to see such feminine shapes and prints coming for next spring — maybe I can actually be excited for warm weather! Nary a skirt above the knee in sight. And there will be no need to pack up your polka dots, florals or leather. They’ll all still be on-trend for Spring 2012.

Fashion appears to have turned the corner; though our economy is still sour clothing no longer reflects the bleakness. Instead, it is something to celebrate in vivid colors, whirlwind prints and breezy movement. Consider my checkbook opened.
